Decorative tiles are made when a customer or designer sends in a picture/drawing of what they have in mind. We then recreate the design by hand or using CAD. We produce a positive, expose on silkscreen, and screen onto tiles with a coloured glaze. They fire at about 1000 degrees or more to make a ceramic tile, decorated to last forever and UV proof.
